How many realtors would I trust so completely the I would buy three houses using their eyes (and facetime) to tell me if I'm making a wise investment? Dana was completely forthcoming on every one of the many houses we looked at, anywhere from this is nice, to lipstick on a pig, to this is a nightmare you don't want to be involved with. She answered all of my questions, even some that probably weren't that easy to research. Dana was recommended to me by a local realtor friend, and I will always be grateful for that recommendation. We have met in person, and I and my wife have spent a couple of days looking for real estate with her. She is not only an excellent realtor, but a delightful person, who I will make a point of seeing just to say hi, any time I'm in the Owasso area.

Sarah is an excellent real estate agent/miracle worker! She was with us every step of the way through building our new home. And let me tell you this was not a smooth or easy process by any means! It was actually quite horrible at times and I’m not exaggerating when I say that without Sarah I don’t know if we ever would’ve been able to close and move in. She went above and beyond what my definition of a real estate agent would be. She stayed on top of our builder and pushed for results, demanded corrections to the many things that went wrong and made sure those issues were addressed appropriately. Made countless trips to our build site over the course of a year to keep an eye on the progress (or lack there of at which time she’d get on the phone and make it happen!) She kept in contact constantly with updates, suggestions and moral support. We truly felt like she wanted the best for us, be it pressing on with this builder or throwing in the towel and hiring a new one, and that’s because she really does care! Not only did Sarah help us eventually make it across the finish line she even handmade us a house warming gift! I felt like I should’ve been giving her a gift for sticking with us through this ordeal but instead there she was so thoughtful and happy for us. Then upon moving into our new house she was able to list our old house and we had a signed offer in 7 days!! Talk about a relief after so much stress. Sarah is the best and I couldn’t possibly include all the ways she helped us in this one review but hope this provides an idea.

Dana gave us accurate advise on the market value of our home, the problem areas we could expect and the expected time for the house to sell. We had her put her sign in the yard with an "available soon" sign on it. Before I had the house completely ready to show, she had a qualified buyer wanting to see the house. I was most impressed with her knowledge of qualified, reasonable priced companies to make needed repairs. When there seemed to be a problem, she was on top of it and worked out a solution. Her greatest quality, in my opinion, is that she always kept me informed with what was going on. I was never in the dark.
