Now that the repairs have been made the next important step is to deep clean your home. This removes any doubt regarding your pride in ownership and gives your home a clean fresh appearance to all buyers who view your home.

This should be done the day before the photography appointment or at the earliest a few days before. We want your home sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, as nothing turns a buyer off more than a dirty home. If you don’t want to personally clean your home, we’d be happy to recommend a cleaning person to you. All staging and repairs should be done and complete before anyone comes over to clean. Once your home is clean and ready to go, please do your very best to keep it clean going forward. If it needs to be cleaned again at any point, just let us know and we can assist you with making another appointment.
