Pre-market inspections can be a great selling tool in a tough market. When you decide to do a pre-market inspection it means you hire an inspector to inspect your home before it goes on the market. The cost for this is usually between $300 – $800 depending on the inspection items, size and amenities your home has. Once the home is inspected you will receive a detailed report about your home and It allows us to fix any items that come up in the inspection report before the home goes on the market. Sometimes buyers will even waive doing their own inspection if they can read your inspection report.
