Once all of the paperwork is complete, we’ll walk through your home room by room with you to create a comprehensive list of items that need to be removed for decluttering and we will also set up an appointment to meet with our professional stager as well. Our stager will recommend furniture that needs to be moved or put in storage, and help you put your best foot forward for potential buyers. If the property is vacant we also have some light staging pieces that we can add to warm up the space. If your home is vacant and you decide that you would like it professionally staged, we’ll arrange for several companies to provide us with quotes.
