Dawn and Brett Allen – Allen Home Associates: Also a former educator, Dawn understands the importance of knowing and understanding the real estate process and how it impacts every client. She is diligent in finding answers to your questions and walking alongside you through the process from beginning to end. Dawn has lived in northeast Oklahoma most of her life, with the past 21 years being with her husband and children in Owasso. An engineer by trade, Brett is able to sincerely focus on the details of the real estate transaction and explain it in a way that is easy to understand. Honesty and integrity in relationships go a long way with Brett as well as determination and dedication to details of the real estate transaction. Dawn and Brett have found themselves enjoying all things real estate-related. Rebecca Fink Realizing that relationships are essential to a long, happy, and healthy life, Rebecca strives to build strong, genuine connections with those around her. Rebecca is a native to Northeast Oklahoma, growing up on a 3rd generation farm and ranch, and her family roots run deep. After graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Finance degree, she worked in the Kansas banking industry before joining her husband full-time in their transportation company. Still holding strong ties to the Southeast Kansas community, Rebecca is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Kansas as well as Oklahoma. Rebecca’s favorite activity is spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys gardening and sewing.
Kimberly Hatfield Real Estate Agent licensed in the state of Oklahoma, is passionate about helping people. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events with her teenage daughters, and relaxing by the pool on summer evenings. A devoted mother of 4, Kim was a former paralegal for 20 years in her home state of West Virginia. She also served as the judicial secretary to the circuit court judge until she and her family made the decision to move to Owasso. She fell in love with the beautiful state of Oklahoma. The scenery of the sunset, the friendliness of the community, and the endless opportunities of personal growth fueled her passion to start a new journey and launch yet another chapter of her career. Throughout her life, she has had a strong desire to help others and chapter by chapter, her goal remains the same.
Kathy King Born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma, Kathy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She and her family love calling Owasso home. Prior to obtaining her real estate license in 2014, Kathy worked as a corporate recruiter. Her excellent communication skills are what many of her clients say they appreciate the most about her. She listens and asks questions to uncover every client’s unique circumstance to help them reach their goal in the home buying or selling process. Kathy understands how valuable those relationships are because she and her family have made several cross country moves. Three times she has personally experienced selling a home in one state while purchasing a home in another: once while pregnant, later with a broken leg, and again with her family being split for six months due to her husband’s relocation while she stayed behind with their children so they could finish school.
